I want to share this New York Times article about Nebraska Independent candidate, Dan Osborn, who’s in a close race that could determine the balance in the Senate:
Nebraska, you say? No way, Al.
Normally, I’d agree with you but Mitch McConnell just dumped $3 million into the state, so he’s clearly worried. And Dan’s MAGA opponent (who I served with… not impressive) launched new ads trotting out her Trump endorsement.
Dan could win this thing.
So, I’m asking you to send $20 (or $200 — no one’s stopping you!) to Dan’s Senate campaign. Click here to help him pull off an upset in Nebraska and help us keep the Senate.
There are only eight days until Election Day. So, you can do more to help Dan than just sending money. You can call voters to make sure Dan is on their radars. Please sign up for at least one shift before Election Day.
Why am I shilling for this guy? Dan’s a mechanic, a Navy vet, and a labor leader who is connecting with working-class Nebraskans. He’s the type of guy I’d like to see in the Senate when it comes time to debate Republicans about making billionaires pay their fair share in taxes or the GOP plan to cut Social Security.
I can tell you from experience — momentum goes a long way at the end of a race. That’s why I am asking you to get involved now.

P.S. Did you catch that part about how there are only eight days left until Election Day?
