That’s what Donald Trump said the last time his effort to dismantle the Affordable Care Act and replace it with something really shitty failed.
You may remember John McCain’s thumbs down from 2017. That saved the country from a Republican health care “plan” that would have taken away coverage from over 20 million Americans.
After Americans saw what Republicans wanted to do, they understood what the ACA did for them and overwhelmingly flipped the House in 2018 and elected Joe Biden president in 2020.
Now, Trump wants to get rid of the ACA again!
That’s a scary proposition for Americans. And a winning issue for us. Midwest Values PAC will be supporting Democrats up and down the ticket in 2024 and we need your support.

P.S. Health care is complicated. I know, because I wrote a key provision of the ACA — the medical loss ratio — that says health insurance companies have to spend at least 80% of their premiums on actual health care and not administrative costs, CEO salaries, or advertising. This has saved Americans billions of dollars — one reason (of many) why it’s so important we elect people who will protect the ACA and affordable health care options.
